Togra — Project Management
Structured projects, clear progress
Togra brings sprint planning, story management, and team coordination into one platform — with visual workflows, an ideas canvas, and built-in integration with your digital assets.
Why Togra
Everything your team needs to ship
From the first idea to the final sprint task — Togra keeps your team aligned, your backlog organised, and your progress visible.
Sprint Board
Plan and track work in sprints with a full Kanban board. Columns move from To Do through Ready, In Progress, On Hold, and Done — with swimlane views to see each team member's workload at a glance.
Story Workflows
Attach a visual workflow to any story. Define the stages a piece of work must pass through — Write Up, Review, Test, Deploy, Done — and track exactly where each story stands in real time.
Ideas Board
Capture and connect ideas visually before they become stories. The canvas-based ideas board lets your team brainstorm freely, link related concepts, and promote the best ideas directly into the backlog.
Team Tracking
See every task assigned to every team member across all sprints. Roles — Architect, Developer, Product Manager — are first-class in Togra, so the right tasks always reach the right people.
Story Notes
Keep context alongside your work. Stories support rich-text notes with personal and shared folders, so decisions, requirements, and references are always one click away from the task they belong to.
Comad Integration
Browse and insert digital assets from the Comad DAM directly while writing story notes. Keep your media, documents, and reference materials linked to the project work that uses them.
Sprint Management
Time-boxed delivery, always on track
Togra organises work into sprints — fixed-duration cycles with a defined scope, a committed team, and a clear end state. The sprint board gives everyone a live view of where each task stands across the cycle.
Sprint Scope and Planning
Create a sprint with a start date, end date, and a set of stories pulled from the backlog. Scope is committed at the start of the cycle — the team knows exactly what they are delivering and by when.
Five-State Task Board
Within each sprint, tasks move through To Do, Ready, In Progress, On Hold, and Done. The board shows the live status of every task in the sprint — no ambiguity about what is blocked, in flight, or complete.
Swimlane View by Member
Switch to the Members view to see the sprint board as swimlanes — one row per team member. Spot overload, idle capacity, and blockers at a glance without navigating away from the board.
Story Points and Velocity
Assign story point estimates before the sprint begins. Points help the team commit to a realistic scope and track velocity across sprints — so planning improves with every cycle.
Story Workflows
Every story has a path to done
Stories in Togra are more than backlog items. Each one carries a visual workflow that shows exactly what stages it must pass through — and where it stands right now.
Visual Workflow per Story
Design the workflow for a story type once — Write Up, Refine, Select for Work, Implement, Test, Deploy, Archive — then reuse it across every story of that type. The same workflow engine that powers Obair drives story progression in Togra.
Active Path Tracking
The workflow view highlights the active path, showing which stages are complete, which are pending, and where the story currently sits. No status meetings required to know where work stands.
Role Assignments per Stage
Each stage in a story workflow is assigned to a role — Developer Backend, Architect, Product Manager. Togra ensures the right people are notified and responsible at each step.
Shared with Team
Stories can be marked as shared with the team, making their notes, workflow state, and progress visible to all project members — keeping everyone informed without extra meetings.
Ideas Board
From first thought to backlog item
Good projects start with good ideas. Togra's canvas-based ideas board gives your team a space to think visually — connecting concepts, adding context, and turning the best ideas into stories when the time is right.
Free-Form Canvas
Ideas are cards on an infinite canvas. Drag them freely, connect related concepts with arrows, and build up a picture of your project before committing to structure. Colour-coded card types help organise different kinds of thinking.
Rich Idea Cards
Each idea card supports rich content — text, images from Comad, and embedded references. Capture not just the idea but the evidence, examples, and context that justify it.
Connected Thinking
Draw connections between ideas to show relationships, dependencies, and sequences. The canvas becomes a visual map of how your project's concepts relate — a shared thinking space for the whole team.
Promote to Story
When an idea is ready to become real work, promote it to a backlog story with one action. The idea's content seeds the story's notes and description, keeping the reasoning behind the work visible throughout delivery.
How It Works
From idea to shipped
Togra takes your team from the first spark of an idea to a completed, tracked delivery in four structured steps.
Capture ideas
Use the ideas board to brainstorm freely. Connect related concepts, add supporting material from Comad, and build a shared picture of what needs to be built and why.
Plan your backlog
Promote ideas to stories and add them to the backlog. Define the workflow stages each story must pass through, assign roles, estimate story points, and set the scope for your next sprint.
Run your sprint
Pull stories into a sprint, assign tasks to team members, and track progress on the Kanban board. Swimlane views show individual workloads; workflow views show story progress in real time.
Review and improve
At the end of each sprint, review what shipped, what carried over, and what the team learned. Use the ideas board to capture retrospective insights and feed them into the next planning cycle.
Questions?
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of projects is Togra suited for?
Togra works well for teams that need more structure than a simple task list but want to stay closer to their work than enterprise project management tools allow. It is well suited to software development, content production, research projects, and any team that thinks in sprints, stories, and structured workflows.
How does Togra relate to Obair?
Togra uses the same workflow engine that powers Obair. Story workflows in Togra are directed graphs of stages — the same model Obair uses for business process automation. If your team later needs to automate parts of your delivery process, the transition to Obair is natural.
Can Togra integrate with our existing asset library?
Yes. Togra integrates directly with Comad, the Ullav Digital Asset Manager. While writing story notes or populating ideas cards, you can browse and insert assets from your Comad library — keeping your reference material and media linked to the work that uses them.
How does team and role management work?
Projects in Togra have a defined team with named roles — Developer Backend, Architect, Product Manager, and any custom roles your project needs. Workflow stages are assigned to roles, so the right team members receive the right tasks automatically as stories progress through their stages.
Is Togra a self-serve product?
Togra is offered as part of the Ullav B2B platform. We deploy it as a managed service tailored to your organisation — including your team structure, project templates, and integration with Comad and other Ullav products. Get in touch to discuss what your project needs.
Can we use Togra alongside other Ullav products?
Yes. Togra shares the same authentication infrastructure, deployment model, and SSO login as the rest of the Ullav suite. Your team logs in once and moves between Togra, Comad, Obair, and other Ullav tools without friction. Integrations between products — such as asset linking from Comad — work out of the box.
